At Undress Code, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and hygienic liners.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Undress Code tags are attached and the products are in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
